By booking an assessment or submitting a quote request, you acknowledge:

  • Cleaning assessments require a $25 fee, deducted from your final invoice if you proceed with the service
  • Painting estimates require a $60 travel fee, also deducted from your final painting invoice if you hire us
  • Moving quotes may require on-site evaluation depending on job details

Quotes are based on the information you provide and/or our on-site evaluation and may change if scope of work changes.

5. Service Availability

We provide services in Ottawa, ON and surrounding areas.
Availability may vary based on scheduling, staffing, and weather conditions. We reserve the right to decline service requests.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To avoid a cancellation charge, customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

The MPC Team is not responsible for:

  • Damages caused by misuse of the home, environment, or items prior to service
  • Losses resulting from delays, rescheduling, or cancellations
  • Website downtime or third-party service interruptions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
